Catherine Robinson is a Professional School Counselor and Health and Wellness Coach from
Maryland. She has a vested interest in empowering young Black Girls and Young Women in
marginalized communities. She uses her influence as a School Counselor and Health and
Wellness coach to demonstrate and provide resources for the emotional, physical, social, and
spiritual aspects of counseling and healing. She emphasizes the links between physical wellness
and nutrition as tools for emotional and social balance.
Catherine graduated with honors from Loyola University Maryland with a Master of Education
in School Counseling in 2015. She is currently pursuing a second Masters Degree in Clinical
Mental Health focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy.
Catherine is a Member of Diamond Writers where she demonstrates her passion for writing
about her life experiences and victories to encourage other women. She is Member of the Green
Heart Community Inc, which advocates for mental health awareness and is the Director of
G.L.O.W Youth Division. She strives to demonstrate the power of prayer and self-care through
her life outcomes and freely shares her experiences as a catalyst to help others.
