This Sharp, Outspoken “ Queen from Queens” become a First Time Author by Telling her story in “Pretty Broken” and Becoming  a Member of “ The Diamond Writers”.   She’s a lover of Fashion,  Books, Animals, and all things NYC who she credits for giving her the ability to be Strong Willed yet Transparent with a Compassionate Heart for all those she comes in contact with .

 

Colleen was born On March 6, 1982 in Manhasset, New York and raised in the St. Albans section of Queens, NY to a Trinidadian Father and Southern American Mother. She is the oldest of Two children. She attended Elementary,  Junior High and High School in Queens as well. She went on to attend York College CUNY in Jamaica, NY where she Majored in Occupational Therapy.
