Many people know me as Rosie from the 1994 cult classic film, FRESH. And while I loved my time on screen, my greatest role in life is now inspiring and championing greatness in others.

As a narrative healing coach and 7x published author, I founded Transparent Gem Inc. and the Diamond Writers to help others share their unique stories with the world. I believe that our lived experiences are our greatest assets, and through my work, I empower people to use their voices to heal and connect.

In addition to my work as a Talent Strategist and DEIB Champion, speaker, and consultant, I am a mother of two beautiful girls, a literary influencer, and a self-proclaimed book enthusiast. When I am not busy with work or with my family, you can find me diving into a good book. I'm an advocate for independent authors who love to champion their voices.

I'm incredibly proud of my work as an author. I co-wrote the Amazon bestseller Mascara: Beat Face. Broken Soul and compiled and contributed to the anthologies Pretty Broken: Transforming Scars to Beauty Marks and Beneath the Crown: Her Story. Her Power. Her Voice, in collaboration with the Diamond Writers. In 2018, my work in the independent literary community was honored with the ACHI Magazine "Author of the Year" award.

I love to stay busy, so when I'm not hosting my podcast, Hustle & Shine, I'm focused on my passion projects, including new anthologies, the Hustle & Shine Tour, GEM Class Workshops, and my new business, the Diamond Loft Literary Cafe & Event Venue, opening in Atlanta, GA, this fall.
